NOT THE DOCUMENT IT WAS SOUGHT AS, AND THE FILENAME SAYS OTHERWISE BECAUSE IT WAS NAMED BEFORE IT WAS OPENED. This is the CALL FOR EVIDENCE of 28 August 2025, not the draft implementing act of 13 May 2026. It was found by following the Commission's 13 May 2026 page to Have your say initiative 14830 and downloading that initiative's English attachment. Checked at the text before registering, which is why it is described correctly here. IT IS STILL USEFUL AND IT CORROBORATES THE SOURCE MANUSCRIPT'S CAUTION. Verbatim: the rules 'should specify the evidence required, including any relevant rebate or other forms of compensation, and lay down clear eligibility rules for third parties certifying this evidence (e.g. their qualifications and the conditions for ascertaining their i[ndependence])', and the conversion 'should also include converting the price paid in a foreign currency to euro'. So proof of payment, currency conversion and certifier eligibility were open questions on the Commission's own account, which is what source Chapter 6 line 271 asserts. THE 13 MAY 2026 DRAFT ACT REMAINS UNOBTAINED. Routes tried 15 August 2026: the taxation-customs news page (200, links only to this initiative and to SRC-082); Have your say initiative 14830 landing page (200) and its API (200), whose only attachments are this call for evidence in 24 languages. UNTRIED ROUTES, named per D-051: the Comitology Register at ec.europa.eu/transparency/comitology-register; a later Have your say feedback period under a different initiative number; and the Official Journal once the act is adopted. None needs the author rather than this process, so under D-051 this is a BAR ON PRINTING the 13 May 2026 draft and not a disclosure.
