Version history

The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.

  1. READ AT THE PAGE 16 August 2026 AND IT REFUTES A BATTERY FINDING. The Chapter 4 v1 figures pass B8 alleged that Article 52 of Law No. 31 of 2018 was unsupported and that the one opened document named a different article. THIS PAGE SAYS, VERBATIM: 'Article 52 of Law No. 31 allows the Ministry of Endowments and the Central Endowments Council to sell, mortgage or exchange such real estate.' The chapter's article number is right and the date the source manuscript gave for the account, 9 June 2021, is right. WHAT WAS BLOCKING WAS THE STRIPPED ATTRIBUTION, not the article. AND THERE IS A GENUINE DISAGREEMENT TO CARRY: SRC-045 locates the disposal powers at ARTICLE 59 and in the Central Waqf Council, 'as can be seen in Article 59 of this legislation that paves the way to tamper with waqf real estate'. Two opened sources, one statute, two article numbers, and this book has not read the statute. ALSO: endowment property is defined as 'movable and immovable assets set aside for God Almighty', ownership may not be transferred, and the Council may prevent tenants restoring destroyed properties and take them back to build something 'more useful'.
