They are 'عضو اللجنة المركزية للتنمية المحلية في القابون، وائل الدغلي، عبر فيسبوك', Wael al-Daghli, a member of al-Qaboun's Central Committee for Local Development, writing on FACEBOOK, describing what the governorate has put to residents. VERBATIM: 'أشار الدغلي إلى أن الشقة السكنية بمساحة 100 متر مربع، كمثال، يقابلها ما بين 50 إلى 55 مترًا من البناء القائم حاليًا، أما الأراضي الزراعية فتحصل على تعويض يعادل 35% من قيمتها'; and 'قد يحصل المستثمر على نحو 70% مقابل 30% تقريبًا لأصحاب الأراضي'. THE SEVENTEEN-TO-TWENTY-BILLION TOTAL COST IS NOT IN THIS ARTICLE. مليار occurs ZERO times.
