SUPPLIED BY THE AUTHOR 16 AUGUST 2026 and read the same day. IT CORRECTS A FIGURE THE CHAPTER CARRIED AT SECOND HAND AND THEN CUT. VERBATIM: 'The reconstruction plan in Homs focuses on three of the city's most destroyed districts—Baba Amr, Sultanieh and Jobar—and will rebuild 465 buildings, able to house 75,000 people, at a cost of $4 billion, according to Homs' governor.' SO 465 IS BUILDINGS, NOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS as SRC-104's note had it, it houses a stated 75,000 people, and there is a four-billion-dollar cost figure this book had never seen. Also confirms Mohammad Iyad Ghazal as the former Homs governor behind the Homs Dream project. THE CHAPTER USES NONE OF IT: the Baba Amro limb was cut at v6 because the hundred thousand displaced, which the chapter had been carrying, is in none of the three documents the author supplied. Registered so the next pass does not re-import the cut figure or mistake the 465 for subdivisions.
