The next entry is Tajikistan under T. SYRIA IS NOT THERE. AVAILABLE FROM THE SAME PAGE AND NOT PREVIOUSLY USED: Somalia maintains a National Summary Data Page, and so does West Bank and Gaza. That forecloses the reading that a state in Syria's condition cannot maintain one, which the bare absence does not.
