WHAT IT DID NOT CARRY AND CHAPTER 11 v31 PRINTED, VERBATIM: the three citations of the Independent Budget Law of 2007 in governorate fee decisions for 2026, "[quotation withheld, 43 words; follow the citation]". That is the author's reading of an instrument that prints neither denomination, not the instrument's own statement.
