GATE ITEM B1, AND IT CONFIRMS THE EARLIER BOOK'S DATE AGAINST A SEARCH ENGINE THAT GOT IT WRONG. The search result summarising this page gave 26 May 2025; the page's own article:published_time is 23 May 2025, which is what the earlier book says at source line 1555. The register records the discrepancy because a search summary is not a document. VERBATIM, AND IT IS THE TOP OF THE RANGE THE CHAPTER PRINTS: 'The war had pushed some 50 to 70 per cent of the health workforce to leave the country in search of other opportunities, and the health infrastructure is in dire need of investment.' Attributed to Dr Altaf Musani, described as the UN World Health Organization's Director of Health Emergencies. THE SETTING IS A SECURITY COUNCIL BRIEFING, not an interview with UN News. The same report carries OCHA's Edem Wosornu on the same occasion. The earlier book's 'told UN News' is therefore loose: he told the Security Council and UN News reported it. A SPOKEN REMARK IS STILL WHAT IT IS, which is the earlier book's point and it survives. THE POPULATION IS 'THE HEALTH WORKFORCE', WITH NO DENOMINATOR, NO BASELINE AND NO INSTRUMENT, exactly as the earlier book says. ALSO AVAILABLE AND NOT YET USED: at least 909 casualties from unexploded ordnance since December 2024 including some 400 deaths, a majority women and children; and of the US$2 billion required January to June 2025, only 10 per cent received.
