THE DOCUMENT SUPPORTS BOTH LIMBS. VERBATIM ON THE COMMITTEE: the minister announced 'the formation of an emergency committee to follow up and accelerate the procedures of equivalence and amendment of certificates FOR PROFESSIONAL PURPOSES, so as to ensure the completion of the accumulated requests and their determination WITHIN THE SOONEST POSSIBLE TIME'. The scope limit, professional purposes, is in the announcement and the chapter should carry it. AND THE REFUSAL IS SHARPER THAN THE EARLIER BOOK PUTS IT, because the minister names the quantity without giving it: the committee is formed to 'REDUCE THE TIME PERIODS NECESSARY FOR COMPLETING' citizens' transactions.
