D-227 (Chapter 8 v59), 24 September 2026 (N-1 of audits/reports/d226_ch08_v58_retest_2026-09-24.md): Section Six B, 'Projects with the Private Sector on the Basis of Power Purchase Agreements' (PDF pages 9 and 10): under Article 28 of the Electricity Law, with feed-in tariffs, 157 photovoltaic projects licensed (117 MW), of which 72 (19 MW) implemented, and 9 wind projects licensed (35 MW), of which one of two turbines (5 MW) implemented; under Article 30, negotiations for 100 MW at Adra, 100 MW at Hassia and 300 MW elsewhere, 'all of which are photovoltaic power plants on the basis of power purchase agreements'. So Chapter 8's sentence on the Syrian-Turkish Energy instrument is bounded to the transactions the chapter sets out.
