The Parliament of Ghana's own repository holds TWO further amending Acts of 2025: 'Petroleum Revenue Management Amendment Act, 2025', dc.date.issued 2025-04-02, handle 123456789/4546, and 'Petroleum Revenue Management Amendment no.2 Act, 2025', dc.date.issued 2025-12-24, handle 123456789/4526. Their existence, titles and dates come from the legislature's own catalogue, which is a primary institutional record of what it enacted. NEITHER TEXT IS HELD AND NEITHER MAY BE CHARACTERISED. Trade press reports that the April 2025 Act directs 100 per cent of the Annual Budget Funding Amount to infrastructure and repeals the PIAC funding guarantee at section 57. THAT IS EVIDENCE THE REPORT WAS MADE AND NOTHING MORE. No provision of either Act may be stated. WHAT THE CATALOGUE IS ENOUGH FOR: the proposition that Act 815 has been amended three times in fifteen years, once in 2015 and twice in 2025. That falsifies any claim that the design has survived unchanged, WITHOUT needing either 2025 text. 18 October 2026 (closing pass 2, D-315; unit CL2-D): Act 1138 (the Act of 2 April 2025) is now partly read at SRC-860: its long title, its contents (s.21 substituted, s.57 amended) and the opening of the new s.21. 'NEITHER TEXT IS HELD AND NEITHER MAY BE CHARACTERISED' is narrowed for Act 1138 to what SRC-860 records; the trade-press account of s.57 stays a report and nothing more. The statement that the second Act is not on this database is withdrawn; Chapter 9 v43 l.163 says only that I have not read it.

Neither is the second Act's text, which remains not read.
