Their existence, titles and dates come from the legislature's own catalogue, which is a primary institutional record of what it enacted. NEITHER TEXT IS HELD AND NEITHER MAY BE CHARACTERISED. Trade press reports that the April 2025 Act directs 100 per cent of the Annual Budget Funding Amount to infrastructure and repeals the PIAC funding guarantee at section 57.
