The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.
RETRIEVED FOR THE CHAPTER 12 RETRIEVAL GATE, BECAUSE THE FIGURE THE SOURCE CHAPTER PRINTS IS HELD NOWHERE IN THIS PROJECT. WHAT THE SERVICE REPORTS AS AT 30 AUGUST 2026: the 2026 plan requires US$2,922,184,830 and has received US$888,866,017, which is 30.4 per cent; the 2025 plan required US$3,186,585,280 and received US$1,372,512,105, which is 43.1 per cent. THE CONSEQUENCE FOR PROSE: the source chapter says 'a humanitarian appeal 20 per cent funded in July 2026'. That figure is not in this project's registers and was never retrieved. It may well have been true in July, because appeal funding accrues through the year and this service's totals only rise; what it may not be is printed undated. Any sentence using it carries its own as-of date and this row's figure, or states the July figure from a document that gives it. LIMITS: the service records reported contributions, so it is a floor and not a measure of money spent; and coverage against requirements is not coverage against need.
