IT OUTRANKS THE FIRST EDITION'S AUTHOR BIO SECTION for biographical fact, being the same author's current statement against one of 21 October 2025, and it corrected four things in v1 of the biography: the doctoral thesis is on London and UK office buildings and landlord and tenant influences rather than the non-domestic building stock; there are three postgraduate degrees below the doctorate and not two, an MSc at Oxford Brookes and an MRes and an MPhil at UCL; the first degree is architecture at Tishreen University; and there are two books and not one. THE PAGE IS UNDATED, so no current claim on it may be carried with an as-of date, and its more than 15 years of experience is therefore not used. THE EMPLOYER IT NAMES IS NOT CARRIED into the prose: the approved introduction discloses the practice without naming the firm, and the biography does not go further than the disclosure the author settled on.
