1. A second translation, held because it agrees with SRC-448 on Article 48 and is the only one of the two from which Articles 51 to 53 were read. A COMMUNITY TRANSLATION AND TIERED ACCORDINGLY. THE ARABIC ORIGINAL HAS NOT BEEN OPENED AND THIS ROW MAY NOT BE RELIED ON IN PROSE UNTIL IT IS. Under D-051 the untried route is one this process can execute, so it is a bar on printing and not a disclosure: Article 53 provides that the Declaration is published in the Official Gazette and takes effect from publication, and this project already reaches the gazette through the archive run by The Syria Report, which Chapter 2 sets out.
