THE STATE EXECUTES ARTICLE 48 OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL DECLARATION BY DECREE. Preamble: based on the provisions of the Constitutional Declaration and in particular Article 48 thereof. Article 1 cancels all precautionary attachment decisions and their amendments issued from 2012 to 2024 by the Ministry of Finance on the directives of the security agencies under Legislative Decree 63 of 2012. Article 2 charges the Ministry of Finance, with the Ministries of Interior and Justice, to take the executive measures necessary to accelerate the procedures for lifting the attachment.
