Notes. NO AMENDMENT IS OWED AND THE REASON IS THE ROW'S OWN SCOPE. The reviewer checked this expressly and says so: SRC-454's scope is issues 30 to 32, and WITHIN THAT SCOPE the wording “twice, both in issue 31” IS TRUE. The third citation this pass adds is at ISSUE 2 PAGE 54, which is outside SRC-454 entirely. The row that carried the error across all thirty-three documents is SRC-463, and it is amended in this pass.
