Version history
The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.
READ AT THE RAW PAGE ON 7 SEPTEMBER 2026, AND THE FIRST READING WAS SECOND-HAND. The page was first read through a fetcher that summarises with a small model, which returned the cover statement correctly but is not the document; it was then retrieved directly and read. VERBATIM: 'Syrien 7 von 7 Länderkategorie. Deckungspraxis: Es bestehen keine Deckungsmöglichkeiten. Für individuelle Fragen stehen die u.g. Ansprechpartner gerne zur Verfügung.' NOTE THE HEADING IS Deckungspraxis, COVER PRACTICE, NOT Deckungspolitik, cover policy, and prose should not upgrade it. WHAT THIS ESTABLISHES: the German federal programme places Syria in category 7 of 7 and states that no cover possibilities exist. WHAT IT DOES NOT: anything about other agencies, and anything about case-by-case exceptions, which the page does not address.
D-233/D-234 compression pass (10d), 27 September 2026: The row's Snapshot reads 'HTML archived 7 September 2026' and Published is blank. ARCHIVED 2025 CAPTURES READ 28 September 2026 for the correction of Rewriting the Rules (D-235 item 5, Chapter 10 v51): Wayback Machine raw captures (id_) of https://www.exportkreditgarantien.de/de/laenderinformationen/syrien.html, 20250427105955 (SHA-256 865f0d21c43c37da4736c461db0d489fd2d2ce33cf3e17a0c55a6f7cc91c434d) and 20251114033732 (SHA-256 11784b4da9722be4a37dc53e7300ade3192988e0bf823e5b758ff1edd3df3e32), held at research/CH10_ECA/wayback_2025/ (copied from the drafting scratchpad). Each reads 'Syrien 7 von 7 Länderkategorie Deckungspraxis Es bestehen keine Deckungsmöglichkeiten.', the same words as the 7 September 2026 page. The CDX listing also shows captures of 9 June 2023, 25 May 2024, 5 November 2024 and 16 May 2026, not opened. The page does not name Euler Hermes; it names 'Exportkreditgarantien des Bundes' and 'Hermesdeckungen'.
