1. READ 7 SEPTEMBER 2026. The bank's risk premium calculator carries a country list on a 0 to 7 scale under the prompt 'Choose Category or Country', and it reads 'SYRIA (7)'. IT IS AN INPUT TO A PREMIUM CALCULATION AND NOT AN EXCLUSION LIST, so what it establishes is that Syria is priced at the top category rather than refused a category. WHAT IT DOES NOT ESTABLISH: whether Türk Eximbank will write cover for Syria, which the calculator does not say. The bank's country limits are set annually by the Turkish government and were not retrieved.
