Version history

The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.

  1. READ IN FULL 11 SEPTEMBER 2026. THE PUBLISHER'S OWN LIST OF FORTHCOMING RESEARCH, and therefore the strongest available form of the absence: under Regional and thematic reports, Synthetic Drug Trafficking in Arab Countries, estimated launch date Q4 2026. THE TITLE DIFFERS FROM THE BRIEF'S (The Evolution of the Synthetic Drug Market in the Arab Countries) and nothing on the page ties the two; the identification rests on the brief's own statement that it previews the joint programme's ongoing research and on this being the only Arab-countries synthetic-drug report the agency lists. THE PAGE'S DATES SLIP: its May 2025 capture listed the Libya report for Q2/Q3 2025 and the agency's research page says that report was released 12 January 2026. Prose may say the agency lists the report for the last quarter of 2026; it may not say the report will appear then. The page carries no date of its own, so the sentence that uses it must carry the access date.
