RETRIEVED 7 SEPTEMBER 2026 AND RE-OPENED WITH ITS LINKS FOLLOWED 11 SEPTEMBER 2026, AQ-73 B9. A landing page: 'The statistical notes listed below cover miscellaneous topics'. Twenty-seven items, twenty of them the March and July highlights 2016 to 2026 (SRC-509 and its siblings). The two items titled as methodology, 'Off-grid renewable energy systems: Status and methodological issues' and 'Statistical Issues: Bioenergy and Distributed Renewable Energy', link to /errors/404 on IRENA's own site; the 2015 publication address for the first also returns IRENA's 404 page. The Data Collection Guide page (same folder) says field guides are 'in development' and links the 2018 methodology (SRC-512). No revision policy page exists on the site as far as its navigation shows; none was found by search.
