Version history
The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.
THE FIRST THROUGHPUT FIGURE FOR DEGREE EQUIVALENCE, AND IT IS ON THE MINISTRY'S SITE. Verbatim: مبيناً أن لجان الاعتراف والتعادل تعالج حالياً ما بين 15 و20 شهادة يومياً، مع توقع الانتهاء خلال شهرين من معظم الشهادات غير السورية المعروضة على اللجنة. Fifteen to twenty certificates a day is a pace, stated as current; two months is an expectation, for 'most' of the non-Syrian certificates before the committee; neither is a processing time for an application or a rule. The same item says procedures were taken to ease equivalence of non-Syrian certificates for employment purposes and that the academic equivalence procedure was amended, without naming instruments. THE CHAPTER AT LINE 175 SAYS ONLY AN INTAKE RATE IS PUBLISHED; THAT WAS TRUE OF 1 MAY AND IS NOT TRUE OF 16 AUGUST. Prose may print the pace and the expectation as the minister's words, dated, and may not print two months as a processing time.
