Version history
The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.
READ 24 September 2026. 20 July 2026: 'the significant progress being made since Gulfsands became the first International Energy Company to lift its Force Majeure and return to operations in Syria'. 31 August 2026: 'Earlier this year, we became the first international energy company to lift force majeure and return to operations in Syria.' Neither gives the date of the lifting or the instrument. Not regulatory announcements: the company's 2026 regulatory items (2 February, 1 June, 25 June) do not mention a lifting.
D-226 REMEDIATION (Chapter 9 v32), 24 September 2026 (B-3): tier set to 5, a company's own statements labelled as self-reporting (EVIDENCE_PROTOCOL), below the audited accounts at SRC-374.
