Result pages: 'ماروتا' 8 (lost-deed notices in the cadastral area of that name, or a false match), 'باسيليا' 0, 'باسليا' 0, 'مديرية المرسوم' 0, 'تمثيل الحقوق' 0, 'الشام القابضة' 0, 'التظلمات الناتجة' 0; controls 'مرسوم' 13,354, 'الطوارئ وإدارة الكوارث' 1 (Decree 59 itself). LIMIT: the Secretariat's name is damaged in the page text (the control fires once), so the area names and the decision's phrases are the test. Re-run by VERIFY.md C4-3 on 18 October 2026 with the same result. Not searched: issue 3 part one of 2026, the 2026 part twos not held, anything after issue 36. It is not proof that the decision was never gazetted. Issue 36 also searched 16 October 2026 for the article 8 brief (issue36_committee_housing.txt: no window for the l.139 search). 'THIS ROW IS A DATED EXCEPTION FOR THE D-305 CLOSING PASS' and the Claims cell's '(dated: after the closing date)' no longer hold: the closing date is 18 October 2026 (D-315 item 1), and Chapter 4 v71 l.159 drops both labels and states the 18 October re-run.
