The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.

  1. "[quotation withheld, 18 words; follow the citation]""Restore critical infrastructure""; ""Resume delivery of basic services""; ""Build social and economic resilience""; ""[quotation withheld, 6 words; follow the citation]"". p.9: ""[quotation withheld, 33 words; follow the citation]""[quotation withheld, 79 words; follow the citation]"
  2. 20 OCTOBER 2026 (article 14, D-322): READ WHOLE, pp.1 to 19, pages mapped from the 'Page N of 19' footers. It costs none of the four priorities, sets the government no timetable and names no owner per priority. It says of itself 'While it does not yet rise to the level of a sectoral investment programme, it establishes a guiding vision' (p.7); 'These priorities follow a sequential logic, beginning with rehabilitating critical infrastructure' (p.8); 'recovery is as much a challenge of institutional capacity for planning, implementation, and accountability as of the availability of resources' (p.8); the International Cooperation Department as 'the sole national platform for coordinating all forms of humanitarian and development international assistance' (p.14); its one numbered period, 'a 12–24 month timeframe', is a requirement on partners (p.18); public investment management among the pathways (p.4, p.12). Its 'USD 800 billion' (p.6) is unsourced and measures losses: not to be used. The caveat that it is not established to be the text launched on 2 April 2026 stands; the ministry's site answered on 20 October 2026 with no copy.
