EXCEEDED. The default retains the three percentages and removes the inference. Chapter 4 read the questionnaire and withdrew the reading; Chapter 12 prints none of the three percentages at all, which is more conservative than the default requires.
AMENDED 6 SEPTEMBER 2026 ON B-10 OF audits/reports/ch4v27_diff_review_2026-09-06.md. THE DEFAULT NO LONGER RETAINS THREE PERCENTAGES. Chapter 4 now prints the 66 and the 84 and states that the survey published 70 for the prevalence of sectarian discourse; THE 85 IS WITHDRAWN, no such figure being published by the survey for that question. THE INSTRUMENT, WEIGHTING AND SUBGROUP LIMBS ARE NO LONGER OPEN: the codebook and the microdata were opened on 6 September 2026 and the chapter prints the split-ballot design and the weight. WHAT REMAINS OPEN IS THE DESIRABILITY-BIAS AND PLURALISTIC-IGNORANCE LIMB, which needs a survey methodologist, and D-141 stands: none is commissioned.
