Table 10 labels the UNDP 2025 row timeframe as 2011-2024 including earthquake, and labels no other row that way, which is the Bank distinguishing its own conflict-attributed scope from a total that carries the earthquake. The methodology states that the dataset was verified to exclude pre-existing damage, derelict assets and reconstructed infrastructure, ensuring that damage attribution was specific to conflict-related impacts. The February 2023 earthquake is assessed separately in the Bank's own GRADE report at SRC-019
