Decree 112 opened and read at the Arabic 17 August 2026. Article 4(b): ضمان الشفافية من خلال آليات رقابية مالية قوية عن طريق شركات حسابية حيادية لتدقيق المراجعات المالية الدورية للصندوق. Article 15: يُنشر هذا المرسوم في الجريدة الرسمية. Both instruments are dated 28 Dhu al-Hijjah 1446, 24 June 2025, with identical preambles. Decree 113's Article 4 provides reports to the Presidency and audit by bodies described only as independent of the fund; its Article 16 says only that it is published.
