The report gives its own range as US$140 to 345 billion in the executive summary and US$141 to 343 billion at printed page 24 PUBLISHED DATE CORRECTED 11 August 2026, on the Author's Note review. This cell held 2025-10-21 while SRC-057 holds 2025-08 for the same document. The assessment is dated August 2025 on its cover and was disclosed on 21 October 2025, so the claim row was carrying the disclosure date in a publication field. Both dates matter to this book and they are different facts; the prose says disclosed and the register now agrees. PAGE NUMBER CORRECTED 12 August 2026: this cell held page 26 and the assessment's own footer puts the statement 'The estimated range for the reconstruction is between US$141 billion and US$343 billion' on printed page 24. Chapter 1 line 29 was right and this register was wrong.
