Added on the battery review's M1, confirmed by listing every World Bank row in this register: GRADE at SRC-019, The Toll of War at SRC-038, Devadas at SRC-040 and the climate publication at SRC-010 were all present and this was not, while INTRO-001, INTRO-005 and CH1-004 to CH1-008 cite it as opened and four of the introduction's six inventory figures rest on it. D-008 publishes this register online as the book's evidence apparatus, so for the life of Part One the apparatus omitted the document Part One is built on.
