All three World Bank figures in the GDP-per-head chase are verified verbatim and all three are exact, which is the chapter's fairness test. GDP per capita in 2010 at current prices US$2,949, in a sentence comparing it with Iraq US$4,521, Lebanon US$8,846 and Israel US$31,665. Total GDP in 2010 US$60 billion in nominal terms. Average real GDP growth of 4.3 per cent per year from 2000 to 2010, which appears twice, in the executive summary and again at the opening of the report proper, exactly as the manuscript states. ABSENCE VERIFIED ACROSS THE WHOLE DOCUMENT: no figure in the US$2,800 to US$2,890 range appears anywhere. Searched 2,857, 2,806, 2,890 and 2,949 across all 148 pages; only 2,949 occurs, once. ARCHIVE NOTE. The file already held as 117331-WP-v1-Sria-ESIA-Material-for-Arabic-Translation.pdf is this report's EXECUTIVE SUMMARY, 11 pages, prepared for Arabic translation, not the report. It carries the 4.3 per cent but neither the 2,949 nor the 60 billion. It sat in the archive under a filename that named neither the report nor its scope, which is why nobody connected it. STILL UNIDENTIFIED and needed only if section 4 keeps its third leg: the World Bank policy research working paper carrying US$2,857 at 2010 constant prices as a model input, and the data aggregator carrying US$2,806 tagged to the IMF.
