Gross domestic product per head, Syria, calendar year 2010, US dollars. The two Bank figures rest on the same US$60 billion output total and differ in their population denominators: 20.7 million from World Development Indicators against 21 million from United Nations data. CORRECTED 2 SEPTEMBER 2026, AND THE STRUCK WORDS ARE QUOTED SO A PARTIAL READING CANNOT REINTRODUCE THEM. This field said the two figures “differ in their population denominators”, full stop, and that is the same overstatement the curated appendix carried at its line 59 until v3. [quotation withheld, 10 words; follow the citation] between them and no more: dividing the same sixty billion by 20.7 million rather than 21 million moves the figure by about forty dollars. The price basis accounts for none of it, the report's nominal total and the paper's real total coinciding in the base year because the deflator there is one. The remainder is unaccounted for, as this row's own Known_conflict already recorded: 2,949 has an implied denominator of about 20.35 million and matches neither series. Chapter 2 v31 lines 173 to 177 carry the arithmetic in full.

RETIRED at v9. The GDP-per-head chase was cut from Chapter 2 on the author's decision of 11 August 2026, recorded at D-032. What survives of it is the denominator finding, now in the two-correct-numbers section: two World Bank publications dividing the same US$60 billion by 21 million and 20.7 million, one figure rebuildable by a reader and one not. The circulating range, the unidentified aggregate at US$2,806 and the IMF attribution are all OUT of the chapter, and the eighth review's first blocker was that an IMF absence claim survived the cut after its scope sentence had gone with it. Nothing in this row may re-enter prose without the scope statement that went with the section.
