All three documents are opened, read and registered at SRC-026, SRC-031 and SRC-032, and the OHCHR limb is checked in full against A/HRC/50/68 and the SNHR headline figures against SRC-031's rendering. THE SOHR LIMB IS NOT. CORRECTED 11 August 2026 on the Chapter 1 figures pass, which found this cell asserting a check that its own source row denies. SRC-032 records only 340,674 as read verbatim from a rendered page 5, and states that the page carrying 162,390 was not separately rendered; 503,064 and 613,407 appear nowhere in it. The held PDF has no text layer and no further renders are held. Until pages 4 and 5 are rendered and read, those three figures rest on an account and not on the publisher, and Chapter 1 line 214 prints all four as though they were equally established. THIS IS THE UNCHECKED-FIELD-MUST-NOT-LOOK-CHECKED FAILURE, committed in this row by the pass that was correcting a different register defect in the same sitting, which is why the prevention is mechanical: fail any claim row asserting all figures checked while a cited source row records a page, section or limb as unrendered or unopened. The row stays QUALIFIED because the three bases remain irreconcilable by definition rather than by error, which is the finding rather than a defect to be closed.
