It bears on Chapter 1 line 83 as the one link from that sentence whose contents remain unknown; the lower end is already accounted for by SRC-065, so this is corroboration rather than the load-bearing route. THE DECISIVE FINDING IS AN ABSENCE, AND IT IS STATED AT THE SCOPE SEARCHED: the article carries no monetary figure of any kind.
