RETRIEVED WHILE TRYING TO SOURCE A CLAIM, AND IT REFUTED THE CLAIM INSTEAD. Chapter 1 had carried since v1 the proposition that international reconstruction financing does not rebuild private homes at scale. The v13 diff review found it unsourced and traced it through thirteen versions. Sent to find a source, the search returned four counter-examples, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bosnia and Lebanon. VERBATIM FROM THIS RELEASE: 'The second additional financing will scale up EHRP's support to the Government's HRP by financing reconstruction of an additional 86,680 houses in the 32 districts affected by the 2015 earthquakes'; 'eligible beneficiaries receive grants of NPR 300,000 (approximately US$ 2,730) each for reconstruction of houses'; 'the EHRP adopts an owner-driven housing reconstruction approach'.
