THIS ROW EXISTS BECAUSE IT REFUTES AN EARLIER CLAIM OF THIS BOOK'S OWN. Chapter 1 carried from v1 to v13 the proposition that international reconstruction financing does not rebuild private homes at scale. It was never sourced. Sent to source it on 12 August 2026, the search returned Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bosnia and Lebanon. The chapter now states the correction in its own text rather than quietly dropping the claim
