D-233/D-234 compression pass (05), 27 September 2026: NOTES COLUMN AMENDED 27 SEPTEMBER 2026 WITH THE D-233 COMPRESSION OF CHAPTER 5 (v74 line 247; in v75 the paragraph beginning 'Then the sentence that matters most'), so that the row carries the route detail the prose now gives as one clause per route. The row already carries: "[quotation withheld, 65 words; follow the citation]" and the eleven documents by kind. WHAT IT DID NOT CARRY, AND THE PROSE RELIED ON IT ("[quotation withheld, 8 words; follow the citation]"): THE CONTROL. At audits/reports/CH5_v52_retrievals_2026-09-05.md section 3 the Syndicate's search (osea.org.sy/?s=<term>) was run on 5 September 2026 with two controls, 'the sovereign fund' and a nonsense string, both returning 0 entries and the page marker 'Nothing Found', against 6 entries each for the earthquake and for committees, so the search discriminates and the twelve results (eleven documents, one answering both queries) are matches. Also moved from the prose: the company's site would not open in either language (both paths, /ar/ and /en/), and its second address led nowhere. That paragraph now reads: "[quotation withheld, 50 words; follow the citation]".
D-304/D-307 series corrections (05), 18 October 2026: READING OF 18 OCTOBER 2026 (series corrections, unit 05, Chapter 5 v80) ON EQ-9 AND EQ-6. (1) THE TRANSLATION ABOVE, 'this conclusion is not entirely accurate', IS ONE OF TWO READINGS of «وهذه الخلاصة غير دقيقة تماماً»; the outlet's own English edition of the same article (new row) reads "[quotation withheld, 27 words; follow the citation]" Chapter 5 v80 l.231 takes the outlet's English word, dated as read on 16 October 2026, after this book's closing date. 18 October 2026 (closing pass 2, CL2-C), R05-8: both untried routes run 18 October 2026 (SRC-847): Decision No. 312 is not in the indexes of the 2023 Gazette issues 9 to 50 read (gaps stated there), and the Syndicate's site osea.org.sy carries no minutes, no council decisions and no post from 2020 to November 2025. Chapter 5 v81 l.231 states both with their scope and calls the request 'the direct route', not 'what is left'. 'l.231 takes the outlet's English word, dated as read on 16 October 2026, after this book's closing date': the label lifts at the closing date of 18 October 2026 and the date stays.
