READ 17 August 2026 AND IT PINS THE DATE THE OTHER SOURCES LEFT AMBIGUOUS. The page's own datePublished is 2025-11-20T13:57:11-0500 and its dateline reads 'Nov 20, 2025', so REUTERS REPORTED THE CENTRAL BANK MESSAGING EVENT ON THURSDAY 20 NOVEMBER 2025 and SANA at SRC-186 carried it on Friday 21 November. Both weekdays verified by computation. The reports say the governor acted 'on Thursday', which is 20 November. SO THE EVENT IS 20 NOVEMBER 2025 AND THE 21ST IS SANA'S PUBLICATION DATE; the chapter must not print the two as competing accounts of when it happened.
