THE CFSP TWIN OF SRC-196 AND ITS ANNEX DELETES THE SAME SEVEN ENTITIES IN THE SAME ORDER, verified by reading the deletion clause in both: Political Security Directorate, General Intelligence Directorate, Military Intelligence Directorate, Air Force Intelligence Agency, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Interior, Higher Institute for Applied Sciences and Technology. Recital 2 likewise gives seven entities deleted and 11 natural persons amended, against Annex I to Decision 2013/255/CFSP. Cite the Regulation for EU-law effect on operators and the Decision for the CFSP limb; they are not interchangeable and this row exists so that the chapter does not treat them as one instrument.
