THE ENACTED SECTION 8369 IS 90 DAYS THEN EVERY 180 DAYS AGAINST EIGHT CRITERIA, which is what the chapter reads off the statute. A pass that had taken its terms from this tracker would have printed 120 days and six conditions. IT ALSO CARRIES THE SNAPBACK FRAMING THE STATUTE DOES NOT SUPPORT: 'If the Administration fails to certify compliance for two consecutive reporting periods, the sanctions would automatically snap back.'
