READ ON 18 AUGUST 2026, PARSED FROM THE MARKUP. Seventeen entries in strict descending date order from Legislative Decree 54 of 4 August 2013 to LAW 28 OF 16 APRIL 2001 ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PRIVATE BANKS, which is the instrument the chapter quotes and whose Article 9 the published copy leaves blank. FOUR 2010 INSTRUMENTS APPEAR, being Legislative Decrees 419, 56, 30 and 1, AND LAW 3 OF 2010 DOES NOT, although its date of 4 January 2010 falls inside the range and this listing has only one page. TAKEN WITH SRC-254 THAT IS TWO VIEWS OF THE BANK'S OWN INDEX, NEITHER OF WHICH LISTS THE LAW THAT AMENDED ARTICLE 9(C), and it is a sufficient explanation for the blank the chapter found without needing any other. IT IS AN EXPLANATION AND NOT A FINDING ABOUT CONDUCT, and the limits at SRC-254 apply here too. ONE ENTRY IS WORTH NOTING BESIDE SRC-247: Legislative Decree 56 of 25 July 2010 establishing investment banks is listed here, and it is the instrument whose executive regulations the governor announced as newly drafted on 6 October 2025, fifteen years later. Two 2010 banking instruments, one indexed and inoperable for fifteen years, one not indexed at all.
