STRUCK 28 September 2026 (07r retest H-2, carried from the 07 review H-1): the words "[quotation withheld, 11 words; follow the citation]" are struck and quoted here so a partial reading cannot reintroduce them. SRC-463's scramble-tolerant probe records the term in issue 2 part one, page 54 (the Independent Budget Law No. 35 of 2007), which an exact probe misses because the extraction renders qanun as qadhun; the 07 review read that page. What survives: an exact-string search of these files returns no occurrence; the term occurs at least once, at issue 2 part one page 54. No English candidate prints the struck statement (Chapter 7 v44 checked by the retest). The approved Arabic draft/chapters-ar/07-people-and-capacity_v42.ar_v6.md line 25 prints it ([quotation withheld, 8 words; follow the citation]) and is corrected in the Arabic re-cut from the settled English.

THE PAGE PRINTS NO UNIT. THE FIGURES ABOVE ARE TEN TIMES THE PAGE'S: the board of commissioners' minimum is 9,660 (Decree 102 of 2025) and 14,490 (Decree 67 of 2026), maxima 15,190 and 22,790; grade 17 of the first rank 13,260 and 19,890; grade 15 11,560 and 17,340; grade 14 10,690 and 16,040 (1.5 x 10,690 = 16,035, rounded up to the next ten). Chapter 7 l.43 carries the tenfold figures and the rounding 'to the nearest hundred': put into the Chapter 7 correction (D-304 item 1).
D-304/D-307 series corrections (07), 18 October 2026: READING OF 18 OCTOBER 2026 (Chapter 7 v54, D-304 item 8; page 256 of issue 22 part one opened again at the page): the figures of the 16 October block hold, and the rank-one maximum the row never recorded correctly is 14,090 under Decree No. 102 of 2025 and 21,140 under Decree No. 67 of 2026 (1.5 x 14,090 = 21,135, rounded up to the next ten); grade 16 is 12,430 and 18,650. The page prints no unit anywhere. THE SUPERSEDED STATEMENTS OF 19 AUGUST 2026 ARE STRUCK IN PLACE, each where it stands, by the four bracketed strikes listed in register_strikes.json of this unit, and are quoted here so that a partial reading cannot reintroduce them: (1) 'WHAT THE DECISION CONTAINS: a wage table in Syrian pounds giving' (the page names no unit); (2) 'In Syrian pounds, Decree No. 102 of 2025 then Decree No. 67 of 2026: board of commissioners minimum 96,600 then 144,900 and maximum 151,900 then 227,900; grade 17 132,600 then 198,900; grade 16 124,300 then 186,500; grade 15 115,600 then 173,400; grade 14 106,900 then 160,400; rank one maximum 140,900 then 211,400.' Chapter 7 v54 l.43 carries the corrected figures. A blanket strike is not a strike; the four in-place brackets are the strike.
