The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.

1. The second and last of the two health-workforce items in the first edition's reference list, cited at its line 2063. Same occasion as SRC-310. A ROUTE NOTE WORTH KEEPING: the landing page carries 141,219 characters of text and reads like the report, and it is not the report; the 32-page PDF is one of twenty-eight PDF links on it. Searching the landing page and stopping would have produced a negative from the wrong document. READ IN FULL, 32 pages. IT DOES NOT CARRY THE RATIO, on the same searches recorded at SRC-310: ZERO HITS.
2. CORRECTED 20 August 2026, authors-note v5 diff review mi-1. The character count is withdrawn for the reason at SRC-310: extractor-dependent, 143,410 by PyMuPDF against 145,591 by pypdf. Pages and bytes stand. TIER 4 IS RETAINED: this is a non-governmental organisation report with a named method, which is EVIDENCE_PROTOCOL level 4, not an official technical report at level 3.
