OPENED BECAUSE THE CHAPTER ASSERTED WHAT THESE PAGES SAY WITHOUT HOLDING THEM. B1 of the v4 section review found the sentence 'the same agency's later reporting refers repeatedly to the 29 January agreement' unsupported by any file in research/, and it was right: the phrasing had been read in a search-results page that was never saved. THE ATTRIBUTION WAS CORRECT AND THE EVIDENCE WAS NOT ON DISK, which is a procedural failure and not a factual one, and the prose was unsupported either way. HEADLINES VERBATIM. 2429981: 'الهلالي: قسد تفرج اليوم عن دفعة كبيرة من المعتقلين تنفيذاً لاتفاق الـ29 من كانون الثاني'. 2432559: 'الهلالي: توقيف المتورطين بأحداث عفرين وعين العرب وتنفيذ اتفاق الـ 29 من كانون الثاني مستمر'. Both are the state agency reporting a government spokesman on the agreement's implementation, and both name it by the 29 January date. WHAT THIS DOES AND DOES NOT ESTABLISH. It establishes that SANA itself uses the 29 January date in March 2026, against SANA's own report of the signing stamped 18 January 2026 at SRC-395 and against the 30 January date in the operator's audited report at SRC-374. IT DOES NOT ESTABLISH WHICH DATE IS RIGHT, or whether there is one instrument or several. The chapter gives the agreement no single date. NOT READ: the bodies of both articles beyond their headlines and the first paragraph; any SANA item between 18 January and 19 March 2026; and whether an instrument of 29 or 30 January exists separately from the one whose clauses SRC-395 carries.
