FOR THE ENGLISH LOOP: the Arabic original says «شركة», a company, where the English edition and Chapter 6 v84 line 165 say an exchange office; and in the two Arabic originals the office is «بنك الشام» (SMEX) and «بنك شام» (Al Majalla), so the difference the chapter reads as transliteration is, in Arabic, a definite article.
