Chapter 7 v17 and v18 close with the part twos of the other issues held and unread as what is left for the schedule annexed to Presidential Decree No. 68 of 2026. THAT NAMED AN EXECUTABLE UNTRIED ROUTE IN PRINTED PROSE, so it was run. Full record at audits/reports/CH7_part_twos_opened_2026-09-05.md. THIS ROW RECORDED THAT CHAPTER 7 v17 AND v18 NAMED AN EXECUTABLE UNTRIED ROUTE IN PRINTED PROSE AND THAT IT WAS THEREFORE RUN. THE SAME DEFECT RECURRED AT v21 IN THE SENTENCE THAT REPORTED THE FIX: the closing sentence again named the part twos not held as what remains, and D-051 requires an OUT-OF-REACH route to be named and does not license naming an IN-REACH UNTRIED one. THE PASS CORRECTED THE INSTANCE AND KEPT THE REASONING. THE ROUTE IS NOW RUN, 5 SEPTEMBER 2026, on four address forms for each of the eight issues: ISSUES 10 AND 11 SERVED, ISSUES 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 AND 8 RETURNED 404 ON EVERY FORM. AMENDED 6 SEPTEMBER 2026 ON BLOCKER B22-2 OF audits/reports/ch7v22_diff_review_2026-09-05.md. THE STATEMENT THAT THE SIX PART TWOS ARE NOT LISTED BY THE ARCHIVE IS WITHDRAWN. They are listed and their pages return 200 on the zero-padded slug; the 404s recorded on 5 September came from an unpadded single-digit form WHICH ALSO RETURNS 404 FOR ISSUES THIS PROJECT HAS HELD SINCE AUGUST, so those 404s were never evidence about the archive. ALL SIX WERE FETCHED ON 6 SEPTEMBER 2026 AND ALL SIX SERVED, and every one is a SYRIA REPORT ENGLISH TRANSLATION recorded at SRC-480. WHAT REMAINS OUT OF REACH IS THE ARABIC ORIGINAL OF THOSE SEVEN ISSUES, which the archive does not offer and which needs a route this process does not have.
