IT IS THE ONLY SUCH TITLE IN 1,439 INDEX FILES ACROSS EIGHTEEN YEARS. The next gazette page carries the code's own title page, read at the render: the letterhead of the SYRIAN ARAB REPUBLIC, MINISTRY OF ELECTRICITY, PUBLIC ESTABLISHMENT FOR DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRICITY in Arabic and English, over the title كود توزيع الكهرباء, THE ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION CODE. STATUS IS READ_IN_PART AND THE LIMIT IS EXACT: ONE DECISION PAGE AND ONE TITLE PAGE ARE READ AT RESOLUTION. The code's contents list was read on a low-resolution contact sheet and NOTHING FROM IT IS FIT TO PRINT until read at resolution. WHAT PROSE MAY NOT SAY: THAT THIS CODE IS STILL IN FORCE. The 2021 distribution regulation at SRC-376 refers to rules approved by the Ministry without dating them, and whether the 2016 code is the current one is not established here.
