Its decisions page, headed التعاميم والمراسيم, carries its records in the server-rendered flight payload. IT SERVES THIRTY-THREE RECORDS DATED 24 DECEMBER 2025 TO 2 SEPTEMBER 2026. Ten parameter variations were tried, being page, p, pageNumber and offset at 2, 3 and 5, and type, type_id, year, date, search and q, AND EVERY ONE RETURNS THE SAME THIRTY-THREE RECORDS. So the page's range begins eleven and a half months after the decision. The backend at api-testgov.syriantec.com answers its root with 'API is running!' and 404s every listing path tried. ROUTE 2, SANA'S EDUCATION SECTION FOR EARLY JANUARY 2025: RUN, AND IT PRODUCES THE STATEMENTS AND NOT THE INSTRUMENT. THE FIRST SEARCH VOCABULARY WAS WRONG AND IS RECORDED: the subject was searched as التربية القومية and THE NAME SANA USES IS التربية الوطنية; an absence on the first term would have been false. Three articles, all in the education section, all sourcing the ministry's Facebook page: 2180036 of 1 January 2025, curriculum amendments for all subjects from grade one to third secondary; 2180107 of 1 January 2025, THE MINISTER NAZIR AL-QADRI ANNOUNCING THE ABOLITION OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATION SUBJECT from curricula and examinations, its marks replaced by Religious Education which returns to the general total; 2180170 of 2 January 2025, the Minister saying the curricula otherwise remain as they are until specialist committees are formed. And 2178393 of 20 December 2024, no amendments for now. NONE OF THE FOUR CITES A DECISION NUMBER. ROUTE 3, NOT DISCLOSED BY THE SENTENCE AND RUN ANYWAY: the compound number returns ZERO in all five orthographic forms across the 2025 volume's normalised full text, 95 documents, control قرار 32,205; and ZERO across the 1,439 index files of SRC-473, control 75,394. WHAT IS LEFT AND NEEDS THE AUTHOR: a request to the ministry; the government publisher or the printed gazette; and THE MINISTRY'S OWN FACEBOOK PAGE, where all four SANA reports say the statements were published, WHICH THIS PROCESS CANNOT RUN because the platform serves its content behind a login wall to an unauthenticated client and this project holds no account. WHAT THIS DOES NOT ESTABLISH: that the decision was never published, the ministry's page having a range and not an archive; or that SANA never reported the number, seven phrasings having been run and the section not read article by article.
