Decision 365 Article 15(c) and decision 319 Article 14 set ten-day periods for transfer and course-equivalence decisions, which is the control. Decision 148 (the equivalence committee's first session, 8/2/2026) fixes the internship year for non-Syrian medical degrees at one year of ten months as a condition of equivalence. Decision 727 of 2/8/2026 widens the 14 June residence exemption to the bachelor's and ends contrary provisions. Decision 668 cites decision 278 of 1/3/2026 on Bologna-track equivalence, which is not published. Decision 195 is listed twice (pages 39 and 59); decision 528 (page 100) is a title without a body and is restated by decision 749 (page 142). Decision 418 (page 106) and circular 41 were delisted between 20 August and 7 September 2026 and no archive capture exists. DECISION 1/و OF 2009 AND DECISION 93/و OF 2008, THE EXECUTIVE INSTRUCTIONS OF LAW 19 OF 2001, READ ON 13 SEPTEMBER 2026 by the wave B remediation diff review (finding 3 of audits/reports/AQ73_waveB_remediation_diff_review_2026-09-13.md) and registered at SRC-584: the B6 routes table's row 2, which the 13 September block above had not run. Article 14 of decision 1/و: 'تعقد اللجنة اجتماعاً بصورة اعتيادية مرة كل أسبوع داخل وخارج أوقات الدوام الرسمي، ولها أن تجتمع كلما دعت الحاجة'; quorum and majority at Articles 15 and 16; the durations in the instrument are of study, residence and meeting, and no period within which the committee or the directorate must decide an application.
