THE 25 AUGUST REPORT: [quotation withheld, 19 words; follow the citation]; [quotation withheld, 12 words; follow the citation]; the 26 January instructions restated ([quotation withheld, 13 words; follow the citation]); [quotation withheld, 33 words; follow the citation], no number. THE 28 AUGUST REPORT: [quotation withheld, 31 words; follow the citation]; [quotation withheld, 32 words; follow the citation]; [quotation withheld, 38 words; follow the citation]; a transitional option for one year to study social studies, history, geography and philosophy in Arabic or Kurdish; teachers «من داخل الملاك أو خارجه». It does not say whether the subject remains elective, and does not use the word «اختيارية»; it does not say whether the mark affects promotion or failure, only that it enters the final total. THE 19 SEPTEMBER REPORT (after the closing date, held and not used): a written test to select Kurdish-language teachers in Damascus, Hama and Raqqa. WHAT THIS ESTABLISHES FOR LINES 113 TO 117: the instrument the chapter describes as of 26 January was amended on 27 August 2026, before the closing date; the periods are three, not two, and the mark now enters the final total; teacher supply was announced on 17 August without a number, which leaves line 117's 'No number appears' true of every document read. The decree's date, 16 January 2026, is the agency's; the decree's text is not held.
THE DECREE'S TEXT SOUGHT 22 SEPTEMBER 2026: the held 2026 part ones, issues 1, 2 and 4 to 13 (SRC-275, SRC-430, CH9_PHOS files), searched at their text layers after NFKC normalisation for «الكرد», «كردية» and «كرد »; one hit, a surname in a land-registry notice in the file held as issue 6 (PDF page 284); no decree. Issue 3 (20 January 2026), the likely carrier of a decree of 16 January, is the one early part one not held; its retry is at SRC-430. CORRECTED 22 SEPTEMBER 2026 (F-1 and F-2 of audits/reports/d217_diff_review_and_scoped_gate6_2026-09-22.md): (1) the search of the same day opened SRC-430_gazette_05_1_2026.pdf and 06_1 as the part ones of issues 5 and 6; SRC-430 records that those files are the part twos under part-one names and that 05_2 and 06_2 are the part ones; the part ones of issues 5 and 6 (71 and 31 pages) were searched on the re-run by the same three terms, no hit; the surname hit at page 284 is in the part two of issue 6. The scope actually searched for the decree is therefore the part ones of issues 1, 2 and 4 to 13, every held part one from issue 1 to issue 13, and issue 3 is not held. (2) THE AMENDMENT'S DATE: the 28 August report (00:43) says «اليوم الخميس», Thursday 27 August 2026; the 11 September report restates it as [quotation withheld, 17 words; follow the citation]. The two reports of one agency give 27 and 28 August; the prose prints both as the agency's.
D-233/D-234 compression pass (CL08), 27 September 2026: CLOSING PASS, 29 September 2026 (unit CL-B): with the closing date at 28 September 2026 (D-249) the report of 19 September 2026 falls inside it, and the Citation's 'after the closing date and not used' now reads 'not used'. Read by me on 29 September 2026 (research/CH7_D217_2026-09-22/kurdish_teacher_test_2584789.html): a written test held on Saturday 19 September for teachers of Kurdish, 'بمشاركة 120 متقدماً للعمل في محافظات دمشق وحماة والرقة', the first of two stages. Not printed: Chapter 7 line 117's sentences are scoped to the instructions and to the report of 25 August and are not made false by it (D-250 item 6); held for the author in the CL-B held.md.
Citation amended 29 September 2026 (closing pass; CLOSING_review_01_04_05_EN_CP H-2): it read "[quotation withheld, 8 words; follow the citation]", which the new closing date of 28 September 2026 makes false in the present tense.
