Version history
The register keeps changing after the book is fixed in print. Each entry below was added to this row in the order shown.
READ 23 September 2026. [quotation withheld, 27 words; follow the citation]. NOTE FOR THE AUTHOR: SANA calls the STE instrument «اتفاقية تعاون», a cooperation agreement, where Chapter 8 line 97 says it 'is reported as a signed power purchase agreement' (SRC-345) and holds it at framework agreement; the chapter's stage is unaffected and the description is banked for the author (Chapter 8 Arabic report).
Formerly marked for the Arabic edition only (D-222); marker withdrawn. Registered for the Arabic edition's wording; not cited by the English book when first registered; the English book now cites it (see the D-226 block below).
D-226 REMEDIATION, 24 September 2026 (B-1): cited by the English book at Chapter 8 v58 line 97; the Arabic-only marker is WITHDRAWN and the English works cited carries it.
D-229, 24 September 2026: line 8 of the text re-opened for AR-1138 («اتفاقية تعاون», the agency's name for the STE instrument, not a stage).
D-233/D-234 compression pass (CL08), 27 September 2026: CLOSING PASS, 29 September 2026 (unit CL-B): line 1 of the text, the memorandum of 16 February 2026 with Mohammed Ahmed Al-Harfi for 210 MW with 827 MWh of storage, is now registered at TR-041 and cited by Chapter 8 v66 line 97 (new paragraph); read again by me on 29 September 2026.
