This row supports the Chapter 6 candidate v90, which is not approved; the approved Chapter 6 v89 does not cite it, so the works cited leaves it out until the AQ-83 pass is approved, and that pass removes this marker.

It dates the resumption of work to June 2025 and the first transfer to about two weeks before 28 October 2025, which resolves the conflict between Syria TV and bilarabi recorded here: both dates are in the original, for different events.
